Adi lee was born and raised in Israel. ‏She earned her BA in culture & research and ‏auditing, and her MA in design and entrepreneurship. While serving in the Israeli Army, Established the knowledge management of each Gaza division Prior to founding Anywear, she owned a product and design company. She is the proud vegan & mother of Itamar.

After studying the impact retail has taken on the environment, Adi-Lee hopes to use her skills for change in the fashion industry with Anywear. ‏Her Case Study Always revolving around the fashion industry.  She found it difficult to understand why the value of clothing had diminished over the years.

As she delved into the methods of production of the modern world.  She discovered that the existing system was designed for huge corporate benefits, empowering the economy of a very specific layer. On the backs of weakened countries, minorities, nature, the environment, and worse, future generations.

In a fast-paced world where we are accustomed to getting everything in seconds, everything is available, there is endless flooding on every side.  And the value of clothing is declining.  Everyone expects to receive everything, here and now.  Therefore, nothing is valued anymore.

Someone is paying the price for these illogical demands.  Her question came up again and again.  Why do organizations need to produce quantities on top of quantities that eventually go to the world’s pollution and not even used.

Why is there only one place that pays the price of Western culture’s consumer demands? And is it possible otherwise?

From the state where we manufacture and purchase shelf products to the state we produce only after ordering.  Do not produce what is not required.  That is, the customer orders according to his demand and only then produces.

It will take a little longer, and it may be a little more expensive to order.  But the price the environment will pay will be much less.  The quality will be higher.  The value for fashion will rise.  The manufacturer’s satisfaction will be high because it can enjoy the finished product.  The benefits to humanity and the environment are many.

The first task implemented today was to restore production to localization.  This will enable us to decentralize production and enable diverse populations to be included in the workforce.  Connect sectors and cultures through fashion.

To allow designers to engage only in design.  Not to require them to compete with unreasonable cost prices with huge corporations.
